Stephen C. Tetzner, is the Owner, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Providence based, HomeStar Mortgage.  He founded HomeStar Mortgage in 1996 and has grown the business to the status of a top-ten Rhode Island residential mortgage brokerage. 

A finance major in college, Steve understands the real estate industry and the financial markets.  His knowledge of the many mortgage programs allows him to select the very best mortgage solution for his clients.

Tetzner serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association (RIMBA).

He resides in Narragansett, RI.
